Soft & Sweet Love Greeting Card!

Thanks for stopping by today. I'd like to share a beautiful "Love" greeting card for Cut At Home.

My goal for this card was to keep it very soft. This would make a great wedding card, love card, or even a birthday card.

For my card base, I cut a piece of white cardstock to 4 1/4" x 11", and scored it in half at 5 1/2". This gives me a standard A2 sized card.

I cut another mat piece to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
For the beautiful oval die you see on the front of my card, I used a Heartfelt Creations Decorative Oval Die.

This is one of my all-time favorite go-to dies! This is an intricate die, therefore I like to use my Sizzix Precision Base Plate, when running it through my Sizzix Big Shot Machine. This gives me a clean cut.

I then used a few Joy!Crafts Leaf dies, cutting them from a light-pink cardstock. Here are the leaf die's I used:

I find myself reaching for these dies over and over as well. I also like to use my Precision Base Plate when using these as well.

For the sentiment on my card, I used a Marianne Design Collectables Die With Stamp Love (currently on special). This die comes with two sentiments as well. I stamped out the word Love, and the definition using Spellbinders Celebra'tions Captivating Coral True Color Fusion Ink, then cut it out using the die that is included.

I've placed all my elements on my card. I then added chipboard to the back of my mat piece, and adhered that to my card base. I love how soft, and sweet this card it. This card can be used as a friendship card, or a wedding card, even a birthday card.
