Hello! Thanks for stopping by! I'd like to share a sweet greeting card, using the
Spellbinders Floral Berry Die from Cut At Home.

SBC_spe-s4-579 I love this die set!

For my card base, I'm using standard white cardstock, cut to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4", giving me a standard A2-sized card.
I've added a beautiful pink paper from Nitwit Collections to cover the front of my card, cut to 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". I've then layered two mats. The first mat is cut to 5 1/4" x 4", the second is cut to 4 3/4" x 3 1/2". I've adhered all my layers down with Angel Craft Tape.

To my top layer, I've added an Ali Edwards stamp.
Using Ranger's Watercolor Paper, I've inked up the textured side, using Tim Holtz Distress Ink, and a Mini Ink Blending Tool.

For the leaf part of my die, I used Peeled paint, and Bundled Sage. For the Flower portion, I used Spun Sugar, and Worn Lipstick. I then wanted to give my colors a little more texture. Using a spray bottle with water, I lightly sprayed my watercolor paper, let it sit for about 10 seconds, that patted it with a paper towel. Being that Distress Inks are reactive to water, it picks up some of the ink, giving you paper a distressed look, with lots of texture. Here's a closer look:

This gave my leaves a beautiful look.

I ran my dies through my Sizzix Big Shot Machine, using a Sizzix Precision Base Plate. Using Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive, I've positioned part of the die in the upper left-hand corner of my card, and the other part in the bottom right.

I finished my flowers off with pearls. This card came together very quickly! I hope you've enjoyed today's project. If you'd like to see a list of products used, please check out Cut At Home's Blog.
